What type of charger does the mobile phone comes with?
Most mobile phone come with 3 pin (UK) or 2 pin (EU) charger, but we will include the relevant adaptor for you if you order from your country of origin. For eg, if you are from Australia, we will include an AU adaptor for free.
Do I have to pay custom duty or tax upon entry to my country?
For most orders, we will declare the shipment at USD100 if you did wish to take up any shipping insurance. If you do not wish to be taxed upon entry to your country, Please email and request us to declare the shipment at low value when ordering, please indicate the amount you wish to declare in your order note section. Can I cancel my orders after it has been processed?
Our company practice strictly no return or refund policy once the order has been placed and processed. Under rare circumstance, you can return the shipment back to us (provided that it has not been used) but there will be restocking fee of up to 30% depending on the condition of the products. All cancellation will be subject to cancellation fee regardless of the reason.
What is shipping insurance?
Shipping insurance is a form of guarantee that the shipment will be compensated in the event that you did not received the shipment. As most shipment is covered with less than US$100, therefore, we have included this shipping insurance as part of your purchase. This is important to prevent the lost of shipment.
